Window Installations
I’ve completed a number of street level window installations in NY cities over the years: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Kingston and Poughkeepsie. Temporary window installations are one of my favorite ways to share my work - outside the rarified atmosphere of the gallery or museum and accessible to anyone passing by. I’ve included a selection of them here.
Seasonal Fall was my first window installation at the Soapbox Gallery in Brooklyn in November 2009.
Winter Look was an installation in Mid-town Manhattan commissioned by the Garment District’s Space for Public Art in 2012.
DUMBO Nature was an installation in a Brooklyn window commissioned by the DUMBO Arts Festival in 2012.
Temporary Shade was an installation in a Poughkeepsie window as part of an exhibition at Gallery 330 in 2018.
